Refund Policy

We use the following terms to give customers a clear and practical description of our process.

30-day returns and exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days after delivery, including when you simply change your mind. Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide instructions and a free return label. We pay the return shipping cost and do not charge a restocking fee.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, notify us promptly with the order details. We pay all return costs and provide the legally available replacement, refund, or other remedy.

Condition and limited exceptions

Return items with the included parts and, when practical, the original packaging. Customized goods, clearance items, gift cards, and opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive goods may be excluded from change-of-mind returns. These exclusions never limit remedies for damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete goods.

Cancellations and refunds

You may ask to cancel before shipment. Once an order has shipped, this return policy applies. Approved refunds go to the original payment method and are processed within 10 business days after approval; your financial institution may need additional posting time.
